A: Warm Up Jog - 1 x 5 min
B: Up/Back Traveling - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
C: Side Lunge - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
D: Rotating Lunge - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
E: Handlebar Push Ups - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
F: Handlebar Tricep Dips - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
G: Alt Handlebar Push Up/Dips - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
H: Left/Right Traveling - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
I: Standing Sprint - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
J: Sit/Stand Sprint - 5 x 30 sec (30 sec rest)
K: Standing Climb - 1 x 5 min (Increase intensity each minute)
L: 1-Arm Standing Climb - 1 x 5 min (Switch arms every 30 sec)
M: Cool Down Jog - 1 x 5 min

Sandy Lopez, Owner and Spin Instructor at Club Fitness AddictionSandy Lopez, co-owner of Club Fitness Addiction in Hungtington Beach, CA, has been in fitness for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology. She began weight training in college and hasn’t stopped yet! Learning the art of healthy eating habits, she lowered her bodyfat to 9%, contoured her body and accomplished winning the title of Miss California, Miss Huntington Beach, and Miss Golds and was a Top 10 finisher of the Miss Galaxy at the age of 35.
